Film “Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge” is known as the best among the Indian movies of Indian film industry and this film also became the reason to took Shahrukh Khan on the heights of fame but king Khan says that he was against to perform in ‘love story’ films before this film.
According to Indian media reports, Shahrukh says that he was against the romantic films when he was asked to perform in “Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge” because had the view at that time that he can’t do this work but director Yash Raj Chopra said to him that no one will love you if you don’t love anyone and it proved right.

Shahrukh said on social media while he was busy in the shooting of Farah Khan’s film “Happy New Year” that he is watching “Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge” and is remembering those beautiful moments when they were busy in shooting the song of this film “Ruk Ja O Dil Deewane”.
Shahrukh and Kajol’s film “Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge” was released in 1995 in cinemas and it became so popular that people still remembers the film after two decades.
