India Puts Ban on Pak and Saudi Channels in IHK

The Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir has issued necessary orders to the deputy commissioners in the Indian controlled Kashmir so that they can take initiatives against 34 channels, which are belonged to Pakistan and Saudi Arabia. The Indian government has continued the brutality against the Kashmiris and the CM is looking to control the violence, which is erupted in the valley due to their brutal policies.

The Indian government has justified this ban that they want to control the aggravating violence and prevailing law and order situation between Pakistan and India. The Indian government issued the orders to the authorities in Kashmir to take the steps to ensure stopping of the broadcasting of Pakistani and Saudi channels in IHK. The principal secretary in the Home department of India said the ministry received information of the cable operators in the region, which were transmitting certain TV channels and they were not permitted by Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India.

The Indian government has already put ban on the social media websites like facebook, twitter and Twitter and they have barred the broadband service providers to restrict their services. The government has taken the steps to block off all the mobile internet signals in the Kashmir valley. The government has continued its torture policy in the valley and they killed eight people in the valley on 09 April in which seven were the students.
