Celina Jaitly is an actress, who has sent an appeal for the misbehavior of the staff of the airplane. She said that she was travelling with her friends, Farah Khan Ali and Anna Singh in the US bound airplane, when the crew of the airplane misbehaved with her.
She said in the complaint that she was surprised with the harsh treatment and the misbehavior of the crew staff when she was travelling to Dubai then to the US and she was travelling with her friends, the designer Anna Singh and jewelley designer Farah Khan Ali.
According to the details of the incident, Anna says that they met with Celina after long time and they started chatting with each other. There were sitting in the business class in the first row between the first class and the washroom. Then Celina stood up to go into the washroom and steward stopped her to go into the washroom. While stopping her from going into the washroom, his tone and mood was becoming harsh. The washroom was only four steps away from her seat but he did not listen to her and carried on stopping her to go into the washroom. This was the embarrassing situation raised at that time, as he should speak to her gently.

All the staff of airlines is taught to be kind and loveable to their passengers, while travelling through their airplanes. When Celina said that he should keep the tone low and talk with them in tender and low voice, he become harsher and he used worst language.
When it was asked from Celina about the incidents confronted with her, she said that it was very strange and unfortunate event for her. She said that her correspondent has already reported the matter to the concerning staff of the airline regarding the behavior and protocol of the crew of their airplane and now they are waiting for the favorable action against the responsible staff of the said airline.
