Saif Ali Khan Workouts for new film “Phantom”

For the next schedule of film Phantom by Kabir Khan, Saif Ali Khan will begin shooting now. And now the actor has started a new fitness schedule as a muscular body is needed for few scenes of the film. According to a source, Saif has to perform few high-level stunts in the next film and to do that he is now doing exercise twice a day. He is so much serious about this new film that he even cut down lunch break on the sets of “Humshakals” in order to do exercise for more time. The source also said that Saif is very serious about getting a muscular body before the shooting of film “Phantom” and not taking it easy at all.

He is also doing other things along with exercising in morning and evening as twice a week, he does yoga for flexibility of his body and also taking the diet according to the diet plan made by Rujuta Diwekar, the dietitian for both him and his wife Kareena Kapoor. In order to keep a check on his exercise sessions, his personal fitness trainer Kunal Dhandore is also along with him during his outdoor schedules.
