Lahore, Momal Sheikh is the daughter of legendary Pakistani artist, Javed Sheikh and she has started her career as fashion model and actress. She said that she is the daughter of great actor but she did not use the reputation and popularity of her father to get success in the film industry. She performed in many Pakistani dramas and movies. She said that she is waiting for the best script off the movie to start working in the movie. She believes in the purposeful film making, which can make strong the film industry.
She gave an interview to media and said that the artist selects the movie after checking the nature of the project and his role in the movie. She further added that Bollywood is the big film industry and various Pakistani artists are working in the Indian film industry and they also tremendous success. Various Indian film makers also like Pakistani talent and they want to cast them in their movies but some extremist Hindus are against the success of these Pakistani artists.
She said that she got nervous when she works with her father as he deals with her as the professional artist. She worked in the Indian movie, ‘Happy Bhag Jaygi’ and she also shared her screen with her father. She wants to work with her father in any Pakistani movie. She appreciates the work, which is done in the Pakistani film industry. When it was asked from her about the behavior of her father with her, she said that her father dealt with all brothers and sisters equally and she also told good and bad things to them. She also condemned the cruelty of the Indian occupied forces in Indian occupied Kashmir.
