The American Court has declared the song “Loca” of famous singer Shakira as theft but the court hasn’t decided about the damages so far. In Manhattan Court, it was declared that the poetry of “Loca” was copy of Dominican Republic’s poet Arias song that was written in 1990. The court rejected the claim that the English version of this song is different from the real song. For this Shakira’s song, released in 2010, over 5 million albums were sold worldwide.
