“National Film Award” is given to Bollywood star Amitabh Bachchan for his film “Piku” and actress Kangana Ranaut for her film “Tanu Weds Manu Return”.
The 63rd ceremony of the biggest “National Film Awards: of Indian film world was organized in the Vigyan Bhawan Convention Center, New Delhi in which Indian President Pranab Mukherjee, Amitabh Bachchan, Kangana Ranaut and other political and social personalities participated.
Megastar Amitabh Bachchan was given “National Film Award” for the 4th time for superb performance in film “Piku” while Kangana Ranaut was given this award 3rd time for her best acting in film “Tanu Weds Manu Return”.
Apart from that, famous filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali was given the award for best director in film “Bajirao Mastani” and the award for best popular film was given to Salman Khan’s film “Bajrangi Bhaijaan”.
