Surveen Chawla had not allotted any dates for the promotion of film “Hate Story 2” to its makers while she’s currently busy shooting for her untitled Punjabi film in Canada. But now it is known that she has decided to return India to promote her Hindi film and put a hold on that shoot.
A source says that since many days, Surveen has been shooting in Canada. She even landed in the country for only two days for the first look launch of film and later returns to Canada to resume shooting. When marketing team of “Hate Story 2” draw a plan for the promotion, she told them that she’d not be available for the promotion and could only reach just before a day before film’s release.
The creative team then decided to make a special promotional song that’ll feature Sunny Leone. A member said that they decided to shoot a special song with Sunny Leone because it was difficult for them to promote the film with only the male actor (Jay Bhanushali).
But the news of promotional song make Surveen worried about. She realized that since she’s not available for film promotion, then the song will create a lot of buzz around. So she decided to return India a bit earlier to become available for promotion of film as she doesn’t want Sunny to steal her chance.
Film director Vishal Pandya denied any date issue with Surveen. He said that initially Surveen was not available for promotion of film but after realizing that her presence is important for publicity of film, now she has decided to come back for its promotion.
