After film, now the pair of Humayun Saeed and Mehwish Hayat will also perform together in drama also. Their film “Jawani Phir Nhi Ani” has proved to be the most earning film in Pakistan so far. Humayun Saeed will return to the small screen after 4 years with drama “Dil Lagi”. Humayun Saeed told that this drama is about a non conventional love story which is not seen in Pakistan till now. He received a superb script after a long time. The films have recovered but still many people are away from film medium due to less number of cinemas. He is at this place due to his fans and wants to give importance to the wishes of his fans.
He added that he always gave important to work in the dramas with good team. He chose “Dil Lagi” for the same reason as its team is very nice. The other cast of the t4eam include Saba Hameed, Uzma Hasan, Imran Ashraf and Maryam Ansari. The serial was shot in Karachi and interior Sindh.
