Rajesh Mapuskar is the director of the movie, ‘Ferrari ki Sawaari’, which is the father-son story and he also made two other movies, ‘Munnabhai’ and ‘3 Idiots’. Now his wife, Nisha has filed a case against him for forgery under the Indian Panel Code Act 465, 468 & 471 and the provision of domestic violence IPC Act 498 A. The filmmaker was arrested on Tuesday night and he was taken to the Dindoshi Police station.
The senior police inspector told the Dindoshi police station told that Rajesh Mapuskar is arrested and he is produced before the court and he is taken to the judicial custody. His wife, Nisha has no money to pay the maintenance and bills Goregaon apartment, where she is living with two sons and her husband did not pay amount to her. She complained that she has to pay the rent of Rs.65,000 of her Oberoi Woods flat every month. It is also reported that she was forced to go to the mental hospital for three months, as Rajesh claimed that she wants to commit suicide.
Nisha also accuses against her husband, as he has the marital affairs with Mahdeep Dhilon, who is the wife of Anil Naidu, the presidents of Lintas Productions. He put fake signature and she was forced to admit in the Masina Hospital to give her mental health treatment. She also disclosed that she was given 15 shocks but not 12 shocks. Dr Machiswala gave statement about her mental health, which is unstable. She said that it was the breach of confidentiality contract between the doctor and patient.
She is also fighting for her divorce case as she is not living with him and living with her two kids. She claimed that her kids did not like to live with their father. She was high society girl and she can spend huge amount on her love. Now they are living on the meager income and now she and her kids are going to live on the gold, which they bring with them from her home at the time of her marriage.
