Delhi Govt appeals SRK & Amir Khan’s wives to boycott Tobacco Ad

Anti Tobacco

Delhi Govt. has issued letters to the wives of Bollywood actors Shahrukh Khan, Govinda, Ajay Devgan and Arbaz Khan in which the govt. has appealed from these actors not to take part in the commercials or promotion of tobacco products. It should be remembered that Delhi govt. has already issued letters to these actors for the same purpose but due to absence of response, now the govt. has issued the letters to their wives.

According to Delhi government, such ingredients are used in tobacco products that can increase the dangers of fatal disease cancer by many folds and the Bollywood actors should not promote these products because many youngsters take them as their role model and start using such things that are injurious to health while trying to copy their life style.
